# Multi-tenancy CAD and the road to Cloud services

A PSAP needs to coordinate with different agencies to solve an emergency. But the interlocutors have several technologies and protocols and standardising them is not easy.

**So how can they communicate efficiently?**

The answer lies in adopting a multi-tenant, multi-agency, cloud-managed CAD.
A flexible solution that allows the deployment of a single, shared infrastructure between agencies, which can pool their information, standardise intervention procedures and cut costs on the technology infrastructure.
