Florim: a geolocalised warehouse thanks to Stockager® FGS - Forklift Guidance System
Warehouses without barcodes, controlled by GPS or optical technology
Beta 80 Group's 30 years of experience in the supply chain management sector has led to the creation of the Stockager® suite, able to meet all warehouse requirements and integrate third-party hardware technologies.
The Florim project started with the implementation of an automatic warehouse equipped with stacker cranes. Then the outdoor and indoor warehouses were taken over and fitted with geolocalised or machine-readable forklifts, for a total of 100,000 pallet locations.
Finally, the project was extended to the control of logistics flows at the 4.0 production site in Mordano, also equipped with geolocalised forklifts.
