Tuscany 112 PSAP

2020 is a turning point for 112 with the entry of three new regions, Tuscany, Umbria and Marche. Central Italy chooses to approach the planning and implementation of the two PSAPs in Tuscany and Marche in a different way. For the first time in Italy, the management of 112 is cross-regional.

The first PSAP to open its doors is the 112 PSAP in Tuscany, with 28 workstations it is one of the largest in Italy, and was designed and implemented following a new approach, both in terms of cooperation and of technology.
