Project CELESTE - The Final Report

The CELESTE project tested regional ESInet deployments by interconnecting cross-border entities and allowing roaming with emergency apps, providing the caller with multimedia capabilities (audio, video, and text).

The ESInet integrated PSAPs were able for the first time to receive calls or chats from the emergency app or other VoIP clients, marking a new way to manage emergency requests.
